Personal Income Tax Return (e-filing included)

Single filers from $250; married filers from $350. Each Schedule C or E adds $100 and up.

Monthly Bookkeeping (remote, QuickBooks Online)

From $100/month

$100/mo for up to 50 bank transactions; $300/mo for 50–100; $400/mo for 100–150; add $100/mo for every additional 50. The $25/month QBO subscription is billed separately.

Catch-Up Bookkeeping in QuickBooks

I charge $250 for each month of past transactions, or $3,000 for a full year.

Your W-2s, 1099s, last year's return, ID, and records for any deductions (mortgage interest, property tax, charitable gifts, business expenses). I'll send a checklist when we get started.
